Honda USB Audio Interface – does it work with thumb drives?

I'm thinking about buying a 2009 Honda Civic EX, and was wondering if you have to use an MP3 player or if you could just plug in your songs loaded on a USB thumb drive.

That is the easiest way to show customers instead of carrying an iPod with you.

    You can use an external MP3 player to work with the newer Civics
