Where is the USB connector on my 2009 Civic Hybrid?

In your center armrest will be a small cable. It is you USB connector.
The end is in a clip at the front, under the armrest, remove it from the clip and you are good to go.

You have an axillary port not a usb

You have two options to play music. You have the AUX input right below the left temp. control knob. However, you need to buy a 3.5 mm (male to male) jack to play a music device. Your USB port is in your arm rest. It has a little black cord that’s an input, so if you have an ipod, you have to plug your white USB cord into it. The AUX plays through the headphone jack, the USB plays through the docking port.
