My guess is that more USB connectors will interfere with each other, even if they are on different channels. The best thing you can do is use a USB adapter with an external antenna connector, then hook up a high gain wifi antenna to it. My personal favorite is a Cantenna. I can easily connect to my home wifi network from a half a mile away using one. Here is a link for building a cantenna. Recording in 24bits 96KHz consumes a lot of disk space when gets transferred to a personal computer. Although, this USB interface is very helpful in terms of mobility, I have to make sure I am bringing a high capacity hard disk drive for my laptop to get recording done in an ample amount of time.

Sorry but the only possible solution is to make sure that your motherboard supports 2.0 usb hubs.You need to make sure of this. Or if you have a used computer parts store you can get another motherboard that will accept 2.0 usb .

There is a possibility it is not the port. Read this.

Problem With USB Port – Can’t Reinstall USB Device – Plug & Play Problem
- With Windows Plug & Play feature, Windows is supposed to recognize any device plugged into a USB port — the problem is after it recognizes something once, Plug & Play will never again try to install that device. You need to erase all memory of the device (printer etc) from the computer.
- Right-click on My Computer, cl Properties, click Hardware, click Device Manager.
- Click on the plus sign next to “Universal Serial Bus.” Look for the problem device’s name and right-click. Now Remove. Restart and reinstall.

Note: I found that if I did not go through the “safely remove” procedure before unplugging a USB device, the computer did not recognize another item. I had to reinsert the first item, “safely remove,” then plug in another item. This must be like shutting down for USBs.

I don't really understand why this merits a standalone product. Remote access products can all offer this USB storage and access functionality, along with fully functioning remote desktop software capabilities. I contacted usbeasycap, and the person said I had an easycap produced by others, not by easycap! Anyway, I tried the DC60+ driver for my EasyCap DC60, and it worked under Windows 7! The URI is http://usbeasycap.info/support.html , where you can get the win7 driver for DC60+.

The link for EasyCap DC60 is points STK1160, and the filename is STK1160, but the files are really for STK1150. It does not work under my Windows 7. Drivers for two devices (USB composite and USB audio) are installed, but one is not, and UVS10 can’t capture.

I have very recently changed my old MS joystick from serial 15 pin to USB. You may like to give this a try. Make up a game port female connector as follows to a USB cable lead:-
USB Red wire to gameport pin1 (red)
USB White wire to gameport pin 14 (yellow)
USB Green wire to gameport pin 10 (green)
USB Black wire (Not Braided screen) to gameport pin 4
Then join gameport pins 2 and 7 together.
finally solder the USB screening to the gamport male socket casing

This is a nice post. most people do not realize that generic printers can cut printing cost up to 80% and still provide excellent print quality as the brand names.

Well I’ve had this TV for approx 3 weeks and I love it so far & delivers as promised. I mostly use it for gaming on my 360 (which looks great on this set) and watching movies via HDMI on my laptop. I can’t wait to get my PS3 and play it on this..

I can’t comment much on the sound since I output sound to my Logitech 5.1 speakers for the required “omph” needed. I tested the internal speakers once and it’s decent but the lack of bass could be an issue.

The motion flow was great at first but I ended turning it off since it tended to detract from the movie for e.g I was watching “Public Enemies” recently in high def with motion flow on and it looked insanely beautiful but after an hour I was more gawking the movie environment rather that enjoying the video. IMHO motion flow is best suited when watching porn at 1080p and Courtney Cummz & Phoenix Marie has never looked better, I could never go back to standard def after seeing that….

Overall excellent product & highly recommended, The only gripe I have is with Amazon’s Yo-yo pricing model,I bought this at $1414 only to look a couple of weeks later and it dropped to $1249 and back up to $1500 etc…..

I realize that this is not the answer you want, but for a plethora of reasons you would be far better off purchasing a PCI USB card. Like one of these…

Give it some thought. I understand it might be a matter of having enough PCI slots… you probably have a NIC, SOund card, and maybe a video card running PCI… but you can change to a USB network dongle… and still have 3 USB ports to go.

Not all serial devices will work through a serial to USB adapter, so I suspect you’re out of luck.

USB or PCI modems are relatively cheap – I’d suggest just picking up a new modem.

Hi Pal, do the following,i believe it will work.go to your system device manager and see if the device in working properly or if it has a yellow question mark, follow the troubleshooting process to see the problem and the possible panacea.if it doesnt work,call the modem manufacturer to send u their own cable if their product is customized and the possible solution. kingsley attai

Are you getting any error messages?

First thing to check – go to Control Panel and Select, then PHone and Modem Options, then lcick on the Modems tab. Is the modem shown here? If so make a note of the serial port number if refers to.

Also check here – from Control Panel, select System, then click on the Hardware tab, then click on Device Manager. If there is an entry for "modem" clcik the + sign beside it. If there is no entry for modem, the software hasn;t detected the device.

If there is a question mark in a yellow circle then the modem has been detected but not correctly installed. Right click on the modem, select Properties and then troubleshoot.

If there is a red cross then the modem has been detected but disabled. Right click on the modem, select Properties and then make sure "Use this device (enable)" is selected in the drop down list at the bottom.
