What’s the best USB audio interface for recording with Vista operating system?

I liked the PreSonus Audiobox USB but after a little research I realized that people struggled to get it to work with Vista. I don't want to go through that. Did PreSonus resolve this issue? Are their any better suggestions? Tapco Link is pretty good for the price. ...
